Best Ice Fishing Ever
For a day off, Gwyneth and Wade head off for a day of fishing.Good company, good food, good time.
yes Red Lake has lake trout. At the west end of Red Lake, the trout don't seem to be spawning as usual and it is a mystery why. So we don't fish there for trout even though there are big ones. Some large trout are caught close to the town of Red Lake. Trout Lake to the east is a large round deep lake well known for trout. To the west, in Woodland Caribou Park, there are a string of smaller lakes that have good healthy lake trout populations; Telescope, Douglas, Optic, and Domain (We have our lodge and some outposts in this area)
